RETURNS POLICY

The Customer must inspect the Goods on delivery/collection and must within five (5) days of delivery/collection notify MR Mouldings in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Customer must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the Customer must allow MR Mouldings to inspect the Goods.

MR Mouldings has a 28 days return policy. If MR Mouldings does not receive the Goods within 28 days from the date of sale, the return becomes void.   

RETURNED GOODS ACCEPTANCE

It is essential that any Goods returned arrives in an unused, undamaged state. Upon receipt of returned Goods, it will be inspected for signs of damage or use, and only once we are satisfied that the Goods meet this requirement, can we then provide a refund of the purchase price of the Goods, less any cost for their original delivery.
